For Fall Winter 2017–2018, Jan Boelo explores the balance between independence and connection. A collection shaped around the moment of standing on your own, while realising that no one ever truly exists in isolation. The silhouettes convey strength and autonomy, with a clear and confident presence. At the same time, a certain softness runs through the collection, expressed through layering and movement, suggesting the subtle ways in which people remain connected to one another.
This collection marks a shift within the label, where elements from couture are translated into a more accessible, wearable wardrobe.
